Target’s is pretty easy to shop at with coupons. I have gone several times and never had a problem, although I have heard of other people not having such good luck. Either way, everyone’s experiences will be different and you just have to be patient and respectful. If an issue arises, ask to talk to the manager, or pull out a copy of your target coupon policy.
Target offers Store Coupons here, that you can combine with manufacturers coupons to save even more! You can use one target coupon and one manufacturer coupon (unless other wise stated) per item. They don’t allow overage, all coupons will be adjusted to the selling price of the item. The target coupons automatically do this, but I would watch to make sure that it adjusts itself correctly.
They do have a catalina machine that will print out coupons that are good for your next purchase, and they have a lot of gift card promo offers, where if you buy qualifying product(s) you will get back a gift card at checkout.

buy one get one free coupons (BOGO): • BOGO coupons cannot be combined (i.e. you cannot use two BOGO coupons on two items and get both for free). Unless stated otherwise on the coupon, the use of one Buy One Get One Free coupon requires that two of the valid items are presented at checkout of which one item will be charged to the guest and the 2nd item will be discounted by its full retail price. • A second cents-off coupon of the same type cannot be redeemed towards the purchase price of the first item.
