I have been living with prenatal vitamins for many years now because I have four kids and I like to continually take them in case we decide to have more. With that being said, I am pretty picky when it comes to my prenatal vitamins. I swear I have had some that taste and smell like fish (not that I have anything against fish, but when I can’t stop throwing up because of morning sickness, that is the last thing I want to smell or taste), and there have been others that leave an awful taste in your mouth for hours afterwards. Some of the prenatal vitamin can even get pretty expensive. Fortunately, I was introduced to a wonderful thing called Premama!
Premama provides pregnant women with the benefits of key prenatal nutrients in an easy-to-drink form. By taking Premama, women can avoid the discomforts of swallowing large prenatal pills, while enjoying nausea and digestive relief.

Premama is a prenatal vitamin that comes in a easy to mix on-the-go packet. It is much like crystal lite in the way it is packaged, and you mix it the same way. Just get a glass or bottle of water, open the packet and dump it in.
One you have poured the whole contents of the packet into your glass, mix it together and drink within five minutes (for best flavor). I have to admit that I was expecting some kind of taste once it was mixed, but honestly the water tastes like water when it is mixed. I could tell a slight taste of “vitamin” to it, if you know what I mean, but that went away quickly and to be honest I felt re-energized and my stomach felt better. You can mix it with juice, fruit-flavored beverages, iced tea and milk. (Should not be mixed with soda or hot beverages).
Premama is Kosher and gluten free
I love how convenient it is too! You just grab a packet in the morning and mix it and your are on your way, or keep them in your purse or bag and mix it when you get to work or the gym. It’s just so much better than worrying about swallowing a bulky (yes…prenatal pills are bulky) pill all the time, especially when you already don’t feel good. Premama has the opposite effect on me, then most other prenatal pills. It helped to calm my stomach, give me more energy and I got a full glass of water with it (because you have to drink it all).
Overall, I love Premama and totally recommend it to anyone who is (or should be) taking prenatal vitamins. It is one of the best prenatal vitamins I have tried!

Have you tried Premama before? What did you think?
I was given a 7 day supply to try so I could write this review. This didn’t effect my opinion or persuade me in any way. All information is 100% my own thoughts.
