I have been able to use Prefense over the last couple of weeks and let me tell you that I am going to really struggle finishing up my regular hand sanitizers. Prefense has spoiled me! One of the best things I love about it is that it is in a bottle with a pump, and one squirt is all you need. So my kids can even get their own, and I don’t have to worry about them pouring half the bottle out. My other favorite thing is that it is Alcohol Free! No strong smell, no funny taste for your kids who are always putting their hands in their mouths. It is Silica based. When I put it on, it almost feels like a really light lotion. It makes my hands feel softer, and CLEAN at the same time.
We have a 1 week old baby in our house, so we are always washing or putting sanitizer on, especially our visitors, and everyone I have had try it, LOVES IT! They prefer Prefense over any other kind they have tried. When I tell them that 1 application lasts through 10 hand washings, they don’t believe me. But (although I have no way to prove it) I feel like it does. Our sickness has gone down, and I feel that it is in part because we have been using this and it protects better.
I love also that it foams when it comes out. It is so much easier for even my 23 months old baby to rub his hands together with the foam, then the gel stuff that usually runs all over and ends up on his clothes and the floor first. I just don’t have enough good things to say about this product! I am so glad I got to try it out. We will continue to use it!
